The Fremantle Woolstores Property Trust is a single asset trust consisting of the Woolstores Shopping Centre in Fremantle.

The Woolstores Shopping Centre is a neighbourhood centre with a gross lettable area of 7,718sqm. The centre was opened in 1986 and was refurbished in 1998 and features a head lease to Coles extending to October 2016. The Centre also features twenty eight specialty shops, three kiosks and six ATM’s. The centre is serviced by a two level pay and display car park with 320 car bays.

Strategically located within the City of Fremantle “tourist zone” the Centre benefits from extended trading hours allowing it to trade beyond standard WA retail trading hours on both week-days and weekends. Woolstores Shopping Centre occupies a 16,143sqm site and is zoned Central Business District.
