EG Funds Management’s Car Parking Fund has been designed to capitalise on an investment strategy that will “create two assets from one”.

The Fund will target the acquisition of freehold car parking assets with short term operating leases and, on expiration of these leases, will internalise their operation by devolving 35-year leases to a re-branded parking operator.

Later, the freehold car park portfolio and the car parking business can be sold separately; thus creating two assets out of one.
